It has been an interesting and diverse month of July at Rieth Creations LLC.

First, is a project in collaboration with Entrescan, of a 3D printed life-size bust of Professor Longhair. Entrescan took a 3D scanned image of the bust and created a 3D print in black plastic. Rieth Creations, in a 3 stage process, made it look like polished bronze. From plastic to faux metal.

Next, is a litigation model of a tugboat dual rudder steering mechanism for a court case. The mechanism moves from side to side when someone moves the rudder. Measurements and photos were taken in the field, CAD drawings were created, and the model was created and assembled with parts made from laser cutting.
